On October 16, Youai Zhihhe Robotics Co., Ltd. received a filing notice from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) for its overseas listing and the full circulation of its unlisted shares. This positions Youai Zhihhe to potentially become the first public company focused on mobile robots, with plans to issue up to 49,477,800 shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
The significance of this move lies in Youai Zhihhe's leading position in the industrial application of mobile robots, particularly in high-barrier sectors such as semiconductors and energy chemicals. With a projected revenue growth rate of approximately 77.4% from 2023 to 2025, the company is set to rank first in both global and Chinese industrial mobile robot markets, driven by a strong customer retention rate exceeding 70%.
Looking ahead, Youai Zhihhe aims to leverage its technological advancements and established market presence to further expand its operations. The company has already secured recognition from over 400 notable clients, including more than 50 Fortune 500 companies. No further timeline was disclosed at the time of publication.
