EVENT OVERVIEW
Humanoids Summit Silicon Valley 2026 takes place on December 1–2, 2026, at the San Mateo County Event Center in San Mateo, California. It is run by Humanoids Summit, Inc., founded and chaired by Modar Alaoui, a general partner at ALM Ventures, an early-stage fund focused on humanoids and physical AI. The series started in Silicon Valley in 2024 and has since held editions in London (2025), Tokyo (May 2026) and Seoul (September 2026). This is its sixth event overall and third in Silicon Valley. The two earlier Silicon Valley editions were held at the Computer History Museum in Mountain View. The AP reported that more than 2,000 people attended in December 2025. For 2026, the organizer's prospectus projects 2,000+ attendees from 50 countries and 75+ speakers. The new venue offers more space for demos and exhibitors, according to the organizer.
Speakers for 2026 had not been announced as of mid-October 2026, and speaker applications remain open. The organizer invites keynotes, startup pitches, fireside chats and panels. Past programs give a guide to the format. The 2025 Silicon Valley agenda included Disney Research, McKinsey, Skild AI, Physical Intelligence, Generalist, Sanctuary AI, Persona AI, Galbot, FieldAI, Lightwheel and Dyna Robotics. It also had a NIST session on humanoid performance standards and an investor panel. Journalists from Bloomberg, The Washington Post, The Information and the Financial Times moderated sessions. A startup pitch block and an expo with live robot demonstrations ran alongside the main stage. The AP noted that Chinese companies, led by Unitree, were prominent in the 2025 expo. A paid VIP reception has followed day one at past editions. The 2026 program is expected to follow this mix of research, deployment and investment topics.

RECOMMENDED ATTENDEES
Best for humanoid and physical-AI founders, investors, corporate innovation teams and engineers who want a concentrated view of the commercial humanoid market. The program leans toward business, funding and deployment rather than peer-reviewed research. Researchers who want technical papers should look at IEEE-RAS Humanoids (Dec 6–9, Santa Clara, the following week) or CoRL instead. Industrial buyers looking at broader automation may get more from A3's Humanoid Robot Forum at Automate in May 2027. Journalists will find many founders and executives in one place, and the organizer has hosted 65+ reporters at recent editions.
