Shenzhen Youibot Robotics Co., Ltd. (优艾智合) is a Chinese industrial mobile robot maker founded in 2017 by Xi'an Jiaotong University graduates, led by CEO Zhang Zhaohui with CTO Bian Xu. It develops its own SLAM navigation and fleet-scheduling algorithms and sells autonomous mobile robots together with the software to operate them.

The catalogue is organised into series. Lifting covers L300, L500 and L1000, the last at 1,000 kg payload. Platform covers P200 and three more models spanning 200 to 1,000 kg with interfaces for over ten top modules. Operation mobile manipulators are OW-8, OW-12 and OT-T12, quoted at plus or minus 5 mm and 1 degree positioning, 1,300 mm working radius and 10 to 12 kg arm payload, OW-12 for semiconductor FOUP transfer. Other lines are Roller Conveyor, ATS, the AT100 picking trolley and the ARIS inspection family, including ARIS-IDC for data centres and the ARIS-K2 ultraviolet disinfection unit. Software is sold as YOUIFleet, stated to coordinate up to 150 AMRs at one site, and YOUITMS. Target sectors are semiconductor, new energy and lithium battery, automotive, 3C manufacturing and warehousing, plus inspection in data centres, power and utilities, oil and gas and chemicals.

Named customers include Michelin, Hitachi, CRRC Zhuzhou and China Huaneng Group, and it says it operates in 30-plus countries, with about 80 per cent of revenue from China. Backers from 2020 to 2021 include SoftBank Ventures Asia, IDG Capital, BlueRun Ventures, NHN Ventures, SIG and SOSV/HAX, with a 2021 Series B above RMB 300 million. On 26 September 2025 the group filed for a Hong Kong main-board listing under Chapter 18C through Hefei Youibot Robotics Co., Ltd.; revenue was RMB 255 million in 2024 and RMB 127 million in the first half of 2025, with losses continuing.
