EVENT OVERVIEW

The Humanoid Robot Forum is a two-day paid conference run by the Association for Advancing Automation (A3). It is held inside Automate 2027, which runs May 10–13, 2027, at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Forum sessions run on the afternoons of May 11 (12:30–5 PM) and May 12 (12:30–4 PM). A3 launched the forum on October 7, 2024, in Memphis, Tennessee, alongside its Autonomous Mobile Robots & Logistics Conference. The second edition was held in Seattle on September 23, 2025. In 2026, the forum moved into Automate in Chicago, where A3 reports 1,100+ registrants. That makes 2027 the fourth edition. Automate is A3's annual trade show, and the 2026 show drew 50,000+ registrants and 1,230 exhibitors, according to A3. The forum page lists AWS, Schneider Electric and Siemens Industry as sponsors.

A3 describes the forum as expert panels and 'candid interviews' on the development, deployment and commercialization of humanoid robots, and on what still separates pilot projects from wide adoption. The 2027 speakers have not been announced, and A3 is still taking speaking proposals. Earlier editions give a sense of the lineup. The 2024 keynotes came from Melonee Wise (Agility Robotics) and Jeff Cardenas (Apptronik). In 2025, the keynotes were Adrian Stoch (GXO), Amit Goel (NVIDIA), Andrea Thomaz (Diligent Robotics) and Melonee Wise. Forum attendees can also visit the free Humanoid Pavilion & Stage on the Automate show floor, where humanoid exhibitors give demos and product talks; NVIDIA sponsored the pavilion in 2026.

RECOMMENDED ATTENDEES

Best for manufacturing, logistics and warehouse operators who are evaluating humanoid pilots, plus integrators, component suppliers and investors who follow industrial deployment. The forum focuses on deployment over research or consumer robots. Since it sits inside Automate, visitors can combine it with the wider robotics, machine vision and motion-control show floor. Startup and investor networking is stronger at Humanoids Summit. Academic work is better covered at IEEE-RAS Humanoids. All-Access Conference Pass holders get the forum at no extra cost.
