It is organized by TechEx Events, the Bristol-based company behind AI & Big Data Expo and IoT Tech Expo, and runs inside TechEx Global, where one pass covers several co-located enterprise technology shows. The organizer lists seven co-located events — Physical AI, Cyber Security & Cloud, IoT, Intelligent Automation & Robotics, Digital Transformation, Edge Computing and Data Centre — with more than 200 speakers and 150 exhibitors across the combined event.
Both conference days are free to attend. Day one focuses on the autonomous enterprise; day two is the dedicated Physical AI track on robotics, autonomous systems and industrial automation. Announced 2027 headliners are Les Karpas, global head of physical AI at NVIDIA; Airbus SVP Grzegorz Ombach; Ryan Gariepy, VP of robotics at Rockwell Automation; Betsabeh Madani-Hermann, global head of research at Philips; and Vassia Simaiaki, director of AI at Wayve.
