The Robot Report is now accepting nominations for the 2027 TRR50 Robotics Innovation Awards, with a submission deadline of January 5, 2027. This year marks a rebranding from RBR50 to TRR50, continuing its tradition of recognizing groundbreaking robotics innovations since 2012.
The awards celebrate various categories, including Startup of the Year, Application of the Year, Robot of the Year, Robots for Good, Best Use of AI, Products, and Business. Notable past winners include Amazon's Vulcan robot and Tatum Robotics for their contributions to society through robotics.
The TRR50 winners will be honored at an awards gala during the Robotics Summit & Expo on June 2 and 3, 2027, in Boston. The event will also feature demonstrations from some of the winning robots in the TRR50 Pavilion. Innovations eligible for nomination must have been initiated, released, or executed in 2026.
