Shuanglin Co., Ltd., known until August 2025 as Ningbo Shuanglin Auto Parts Co., Ltd., is an automotive components manufacturer from Ninghai, Ningbo, in Zhejiang province. The listed company was incorporated in November 2000 (the group traces its origins to 1987), has traded on the ChiNext board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange under code 300100 since August 2010, and in 2026 filed a draft prospectus for an additional H-share listing in Hong Kong. Shuanglin Group, chairman Wu Jianbin and family members are the controlling shareholders, holding about 49% together. The company reported about 4,840 employees and H1 2026 revenue of RMB 2.126 billion.

The core business is automotive: intelligent drive and seat-adjustment mechanisms, small electric drives for new-energy vehicles, first- to third-generation wheel hub bearings, motors, flexible shafts, stampings, precision gears and interior and exterior trim. According to Frost & Sullivan figures in its Hong Kong filing, Shuanglin ranked second globally and first in China in seat horizontal drive mechanisms by 2024 revenue, and first globally in small electric drives for new-energy vehicles. It operates a wheel hub bearing plant in Thailand that entered mass production in June 2025.

Shuanglin moved into humanoid robot components by reusing the thread-grinding know-how behind its seat-adjuster screws. Development of reverse (inverted) planetary roller screws for humanoid joints began in May 2024, a pilot line with annual capacity of 12,000 units was set up in December 2024, and the company reported a self-developed roller screw with 0.003 mm accuracy in 2025. Chinese and English press reported in January 2026 that mass production had started at a unit price of RMB 499, and that more than 20 joints of XPeng's IRON humanoid use Shuanglin parts. Its 2026 interim report states that it now develops complete linear joint module assemblies in-house, including the reverse planetary roller screw, frameless torque motor and motor driver, that a first-phase line for 100,000 sets at its Ninghai Meiqiao plant is ready for volume production, and that robot products are in small-batch supply with design wins from a leading Chinese new-energy-vehicle maker and a leading dexterous-hand company. It has also developed micro ball screws for dexterous hands, several of which are at customer sampling or nomination stage.

To secure the screw supply chain, Shuanglin acquired Wuxi Kezhixin in January 2025 for RMB 135 million. Kezhixin builds CNC internal and external thread grinders (internal thread precision C3/C2, external P3/P2), opened a new temperature-controlled plant in June 2026 and plans to sell its machines to outside screw makers. Other 2026 projects include distributed electric corner modules with Tsinghua University, the K7 unmanned mining truck prototype and a heavy-duty unmanned IGV. The Economist named Shuanglin among the top 30 global humanoid robot component suppliers.
