Powerus to Finalize Merger with Aureus Greenway Holdings and Go Public on Nasdaq

Powerus, a defense technology firm, is set to complete its merger with Aureus Greenway Holdings Inc. on October 1, 2026, transitioning to a publicly traded entity on the Nasdaq Capital Market. This merger will see Aureus Greenway Holdings rebranded as Powerus Corporation, with shares trading under the ticker PUSA.

The merger is significant as it positions Powerus to enhance its manufacturing capabilities to meet increasing defense demands. Powerus, formerly known as Autonomous Power Corporation, specializes in autonomous and unmanned systems, including tactical drones and counter-UAS technology. The company has received a $2.5 million purchase order for 1,500 FPV aircraft and secured a U.S. Air Force contract with a ceiling of $90 million for its Guardian-2 interceptor.

Looking ahead, the successful completion of this merger will enable Powerus to scale its operations effectively. The company has also expanded its international footprint, recently announcing a procurement order from Pakistan’s Ministry of Defence. No further timeline was disclosed at the time of publication.

Editor's Note

The merger of Powerus with Aureus Greenway Holdings highlights a growing trend in the defense sector where companies are seeking to enhance their operational scale through public listings. This strategic move not only provides access to capital markets but also aligns with the increasing demand for advanced defense technologies. Stakeholders should monitor how this merger impacts Powerus's production capabilities and market positioning in the coming years.
