Agility Robotics to Participate in Investor Conferences Before Q3 Ends

Agility Robotics, a prominent humanoid robotics and Physical AI company, has announced its participation in three investor conferences scheduled for September 2026. CFO Michael Beer will be available for one-on-one meetings with institutional investors, allowing them to discuss the company's future and its plans to go public through a merger with Churchill Capital Corp XI.

This participation is significant as it follows Agility's announcement in June 2026 regarding its merger plans with Churchill Capital Corp XI (NASDAQ: CCXI). The merger aims to enhance Agility's operational capabilities, as its humanoid robots are already deployed in warehouses and manufacturing facilities, performing physically demanding tasks and improving workforce efficiency.

Looking ahead, stakeholders should monitor the developments surrounding the merger with Churchill Capital Corp XI, as the proposed transaction will be submitted to shareholders for consideration. No further timeline was disclosed at the time of publication.

Editor's Note

Agility Robotics' upcoming participation in investor conferences highlights the growing interest in humanoid robotics and Physical AI technologies. As companies increasingly adopt automation solutions, understanding the implications of such mergers and public offerings will be crucial for investors and industry stakeholders.
