ENvue Medical, formerly known as ENvizion Medical, is a US medical device company that develops electromagnetic navigation technology for bedside placement of enteral feeding tubes in critical care settings. The company was founded in 2013 and is headquartered at 762 W. Algonquin Road, Arlington Heights, Illinois. Its core platform, the ENvue System, uses multiple body-worn sensors registered to predetermined anatomical landmarks to build a real-time body map, giving clinicians continuous visual steering guidance in three views as they thread a feeding tube from the nose or mouth into the stomach. The system includes lung-entry safety alerts intended to reduce the risk of misplacement into the airway, a known complication of blind feeding-tube insertion that can lead to aspiration pneumonia or lung injury. The ENvue System received FDA 510(k) clearance for adult patients and has been adopted by multiple US hospitals, with the company reporting thousands of successful tube placements to date. In August 2026 the company launched ENvue Drive, an expansion of its robotic-assisted feeding-tube placement line, extending the underlying True Body Navigation technology first used in the original ENvue System. CEO Doron Besser co-founded the company and led it from initial concept through FDA clearance and early US clinical adoption. In February 2025, ENvizion Medical merged with NanoVibronix, a maker of non-invasive therapeutic ultrasound devices (PainShield and UroShield) for pain management and urology; the combined public company trades on Nasdaq under the ticker FEED and now operates the enteral-navigation business alongside NanoVibronix's therapeutic device lines under shared leadership. The company positions its navigation system as an alternative to blind bedside placement and to routine X-ray confirmation, aiming to reduce placement time, radiation exposure, and complication rates in intensive-care and general hospital settings. ENvue Medical's business is concentrated in the hospital critical-care market, selling capital navigation consoles together with single-use guidance stylets and feeding tubes to institutional customers.
