On August 13, Yiyou Technology, a leading integrated servo joint company in China, announced the completion of over 200 million yuan in Series B financing. This round saw participation from 12 institutions, including prominent investors such as Samsung Ventures and Guofang Venture Capital. This marks the third round of financing for Yiyou Technology this year, with total funding exceeding 500 million yuan.
The significance of this funding lies in Yiyou Technology's innovative PHU-F joint module, which can detect torque changes as low as 0.01Nm at an 8kHz frequency. This technology enables robots to have a tactile sense, allowing them to perceive the force they exert. The company has established the world's first fully automated production line for robotic joints, with an annual capacity of 100,000 units, expandable to 300,000 units.
Looking ahead, Yiyou Technology has secured over 1.5 million joint orders for 2026, a 15-fold increase compared to the total shipments in 2025. Their client list includes over 500 companies globally, extending their business reach to regions such as Japan, North America, and Southeast Asia. No further timeline was disclosed at the time of publication.
