Lingyu Intelligent, a provider of embodied intelligence infrastructure, has announced the completion of a multi-hundred million yuan Pre-A funding round. This marks the third funding round since its establishment 15 months ago, totaling four rounds of financing, with previous investors including Inno Fund and Galaxy Innovation Capital.
The significance of this funding lies in Lingyu Intelligent's focus on addressing the data scarcity in embodied intelligence, which is seen as a major bottleneck. The company aims to collect high-quality interaction data in real-world scenarios at a low cost, with its TA series robots priced at 100,000 to 200,000 yuan, significantly lower than similar products in the industry.
Looking ahead, Lingyu Intelligent has established a strategic partnership with JD.com, becoming a preferred supplier for robotics-related business. The company anticipates approximately 300 million yuan in intended orders and expects to deliver around 1,000 units by 2026, having already achieved mass production with over 100 units delivered in a single month.
Editor's Note
Lingyu Intelligent's innovative approach to reducing data collection costs and enhancing the scalability of embodied intelligence solutions positions it well within the competitive landscape of robotics. As the industry grapples with data limitations, Lingyu's focus on real-world data acquisition could drive significant advancements in robotic applications across various sectors.
