LingYu Robotics (Chinese name 灵御智能, using the DexTeleop domain) is a Beijing-based developer of teleoperated humanoid robots and data infrastructure for embodied AI, headquartered in Building 1 of the Xihai International Center in Haidian District. The company is privately held; in May 2026 it closed a funding round of nearly RMB 100 million and set a target of 1,000 units in annual shipments.
Its TeleAvatar (TA series) robots combine a 7-axis force-controlled arm with 0.1 mm repeatability and a 0 to 10 N compliant force range, a binocular wide-angle camera head, quick-change modular end effectors and an omnidirectional mobile base. Operators drive the robot through a VR interface with under 100 ms end-to-end latency, including demonstrated intercontinental teleoperation, and every session can be exported as HDF5 data for training embodied-AI policies. Supporting products include the DexUMI hand motion-capture device and the Horus video transmission system. The TA2 secondary-development version, with full motion control opened to developers, went on pre-order in July 2026. Deployments include shelf management and warehouse tasks at 7Fresh supermarkets.
The company delivered 100 units in July 2026 alone and exhibited at ICRA 2026 in Vienna, Automate 2026 in Chicago and WAIC 2026 in Shanghai.
