FLANQ, a maritime defense solutions provider based in Germany, has unveiled its latest innovation, the Q-RECON, an Uncrewed Surface Vessel (USV) designed specifically for operations in coastal areas. The launch, which took place today, addresses an urgent operational need expressed by a European customer. The Q-RECON is a lightweight, two-meter-long vessel that can be easily transported by two personnel. It is engineered for a range of critical functions, including intelligence gathering, surveillance, reconnaissance, and tactical interdiction, enhancing maritime operational capabilities in the region.
