EasyMile is a French autonomous-vehicle technology company founded in 2014 by Gilbert Gagnaire, headquartered in Toulouse with operations in Singapore. In September 2026, ALVEST Group acquired EasyMile together with TractEasy and combined them under a newly formed parent entity, TLD Robotics.
EasyMile's original product, the EZ10 driverless electric shuttle, launched in 2015 and was deployed at more than 300 sites worldwide, accumulating over 1.5 million autonomous kilometers. The company has since shifted its focus to autonomous-driving software for heavy-duty industrial vehicles: EZTow, introduced in 2018, automates airport and factory tow tractors, while EZDolly, launched in 2025 with TractEasy, automates cargo-dolly movement. The software integrates with existing tow-tractor and cargo-mover platforms and operates at SAE Level 4 autonomy for moving goods at airports, factories, and logistics sites.
EasyMile became the first autonomous-vehicle technology provider to hold ISO 9001:2015 certification, awarded in 2019, and reported the first European Level 4 authorization for public-road operation in 2022. Early funding included a 2017 Series A round backed by Alstom, Bpifrance, and Continental.
