CTP, the largest listed developer of logistics and industrial real estate in Europe, has signed two leases totaling over 104,000 sqm at CTPark Iłowa in western Poland. This includes a lease of 66,214 sqm by a major Chinese fast-fashion e-commerce platform and 37,801 sqm by a leading international 3PL operator.
The significance of these leases lies in the growing demand from Asian-linked e-commerce supply chains and third-party logistics operators across Europe. CTPark Iłowa is becoming a strategic logistics hub for companies targeting fast-growing European consumer markets, including Poland, with Asian occupiers now representing over 12% of CTP’s portfolio.
Looking ahead, the trend of increasing demand from Asian e-commerce businesses and 3PLs is expected to continue as they adapt to evolving trade conditions and consumer expectations. No further timeline was disclosed at the time of publication.
