Addverb Technologies (branded as Addverb) is a global robotics and warehouse automation company founded in 2016 in Noida, India, by CEO Sangeet Kumar, CBO Bir Singh, COO Prateek Jain, and co-founder Satish Shukla. The company is headquartered at Addverb Bot-Valley, Plot No. 5, Sector-156, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201310, India, where it also operates its primary manufacturing and R&D facilities.

Addverb has built one of India's most comprehensive robotics portfolios for intralogistics. Its autonomous mobile robot (AMR) line includes the Dynamo platform for heavy material transport. The Zippy is a high-speed robotic sorter for e-commerce and retail fulfillment. The Quadron carton-shuttle provides high-density ASRS for buffering and sequencing. Cruiser 360 is an autonomous inventory and surveillance rover. At LogiMAT India 2025, Addverb launched the Trakr 2.0 quadruped robot (payload: 20 kg), the Brisk picking enhancement system, and HOCA, a compact fulfillment robot designed for quick-commerce micro-fulfillment centers.

Addverb's software layer, Mobinity, is an SaaS fleet orchestration platform that manages multi-vendor AMR fleets, integrates machine learning for slotting optimization, labor assignment, and energy management, and connects to WMS/ERP systems. The combined hardware-software stack allows Addverb to deliver end-to-end warehouse automation as a single-vendor solution.

The company has automated over 500 warehouses for more than 350 clients in over 20 countries, serving customers in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, automotive, and pharmaceuticals. Reliance Industries (India's largest private conglomerate) acquired a 54% stake in Addverb in 2022 for approximately $132 million (Rs 983 crore), making it a strategic automation partner for Reliance Retail. Earlier investors include GAIL and Jalaj Dani (Asian Paints co-promoter). Total disclosed funding exceeds $66.9 million.

Addverb has international offices in the Netherlands, Germany, Australia, Singapore, UAE, and the USA, and employs over 1,150 professionals representing more than 20 nationalities. The company holds ISO 9001:2015 certification and is actively expanding into humanoid robotics.
