On August 28, three major technology platforms were officially launched at the Zhongguancun International Robot Industry Park. These platforms include the Robot Testing Service Center, the Robot Sharing Processing Platform, and the Application Scenario Demonstration District.
The Robot Testing Service Center aims to address issues related to dispersed testing services and lack of standards, supporting robot testing and assisting companies in formulating national standards while promoting the adaptation of domestically developed robotic operating systems. The Robot Sharing Processing Platform integrates processing equipment and technical resources to provide comprehensive services for core component processing and testing, addressing challenges such as weak processing capabilities and high costs.
The Application Scenario Demonstration District offers a testing environment based on real scenarios within the park, helping companies identify technical shortcomings and optimize products, thereby shortening the development-to-commercialization cycle. The park also hosted an Intelligent Robot Industry Acceleration Conference, announcing significant scenarios to drive industry implementation, with over 50 robots currently operating in roles such as delivery, cleaning, inspection, and guiding. No further timeline was disclosed at the time of publication.
