Suzhou Hangkai Microelectronics Launches TG9811 for Enhanced Robot Tactile Control

Suzhou Hangkai Microelectronics has introduced the TG9811, a three-dimensional tactile electric gripper designed to address common challenges in flexible automation. This innovative product features a maximum gripping force of 36N, making it suitable for various industrial applications such as component handling, precision assembly, and flexible sorting.

The TG9811 stands out by integrating high-performance brushless motors and an intelligent adaptive grasping algorithm, which allows for automatic adjustments based on material properties without the need for manual recalibration. This capability significantly reduces issues like slippage and misgrasping, thereby enhancing operational efficiency in flexible production environments.

With its built-in high-precision tactile sensors, the TG9811 can detect material conditions in real-time, enabling timely adjustments to gripping strategies. This feature is particularly beneficial for high-value component handling and continuous automated operations, ensuring reliable performance under varying conditions. No further timeline was disclosed at the time of publication.

Editor's Note

The introduction of the TG9811 by Suzhou Hangkai Microelectronics reflects a growing trend in the robotics industry towards more adaptable and efficient automation solutions. As companies seek to enhance their production capabilities, the demand for advanced tactile and force control technologies will likely increase, driving further innovation in this space.
