The company was established in November 1986 and has been publicly listed on Taiwan's stock market since October 2015 under code 4555. Chairman You Ping-Zheng and General Manager You Bo-Xun lead the company, which has registered capital of NT$700 million.
CHELIC's product range covers air-preparation units (filter-regulator-lubricator sets), pneumatic and hydraulic cylinders, solenoid and directional control valves, air grippers in standard, rotary, and angular electric variants, vacuum ejectors and suction cups, fittings, and electro-control units for factory-automation integration. The company holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 14064, and ISO/IEC 27001 certifications, and its Zhejiang facility carries IATF 16949 automotive-quality certification.
CHELIC operates four production sites: its home plant in New Taipei City (about 200 employees on 15,500 square meters), Shanghai (about 350 employees, 21,000 square meters), Zhejiang (about 240 employees, 40,000 square meters), and a newer Thailand plant (about 30 employees, 1,800 square meters).
