IDEM Safety Switches will present its DS Range of configurable safety interlocks and the HLZ heavy-duty guard locking safety switch at the PPMA Show 2026, scheduled for September 22–24 in Birmingham. The event will feature cutting-edge technologies in processing, packaging, robotics, and automation, with IDEM located at stand H22.
The DS Range is designed to enhance safety and reliability in industrial machinery, featuring a compact design and a quick-connect interface that simplifies installation and reduces wiring time. It supports up to 10 integrated pilot devices and offers optional monitored guard locking with a high-coded RFID actuator, ensuring tamper-resistant guard detection and compliance with Category 4 / PL e and SIL 3 safety standards.
Additionally, the HLZ safety switch is engineered for high-demand industrial applications, providing robust environmental protection and a locking mechanism with a holding force of up to 10,000 N. It meets stringent safety requirements and is suitable for high-pressure washdown environments, making it ideal for various cleaning applications.
