Chery's AiMOGA Robotics Initiates IPO Preparations to Expand Internationally

Chery's AiMOGA Robotics has begun preparations for a potential standalone IPO and is exploring various listing venues. The company has not yet disclosed a timeline or selected an exchange for the IPO. Leadership indicated that the listing could facilitate funding for technology investments and support overseas expansion efforts.

This move is significant as AiMOGA Robotics, incubated by Chery in January 2025, has already delivered over 3,000 robots globally, with 2,000 of those deliveries occurring overseas. The company operates in more than 60 countries and regions, demonstrating its growing international presence and ambition to scale its operations further.

Looking ahead, AiMOGA aims to achieve 10,000 global deliveries in the upcoming year and has already deployed 110 humanoid police robots across several cities in China. No further timeline was disclosed at the time of publication.

Editor's Note

The robotics sector is witnessing a surge in IPO preparations as companies like AiMOGA Robotics seek to capitalize on growing demand for automation solutions. This trend reflects a broader shift towards technology investment and international market expansion, which could reshape competitive dynamics in the industry.
