"A trustworthy intelligent human assistant"
Chery-owned Chinese robotics firm building the Mornine humanoid robot and Argos quadruped for retail, security and companionship roles.
AiMOGA Robotics is the brand of Anhui MOGA Intelligent Robotics Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Chinese automaker Chery established on 7 January 2025 with registered capital of RMB 100 million. The company develops and manufactures humanoid and quadruped robots and the supporting AI software stack, including its proprietary MoNet model. Its flagship product, the Mornine bipedal humanoid, stands 168 cm tall, weighs 70 kg and has 40 degrees of freedom, with a maximum end-effector payload of 1.5 kg and a walking speed up to 1 m/s. Mornine combines 3D LiDAR, RGB-depth and wide-angle cameras, a six-microphone array and a cloud-plus-edge large language model supporting open dialogue in 11 languages, enabling autonomous navigation with centimeter-level (±5 cm) obstacle avoidance, dual-arm coordinated manipulation, autonomous car-door opening and VR-based teleoperation.
The company also produces the Argos quadruped robot dog for guidance, inspection, security, marketing and companionship use cases. AiMOGA began bulk global delivery of its first 220 Mornine units in April 2025 from Chery's international park, with deployments in Chery dealerships including Malaysia, and opened online retail sales via JD.com in 2026 (Mornine M1 priced at RMB 285,800; Argos X1 at RMB 15,800). Target applications span automotive sales consulting, mall guidance, entertainment performance, childcare, home companionship and intelligent security. AiMOGA operates from Wuhu, Anhui Province, with an additional base in Shenzhen's Nanshan high-tech district, and offers a cloud platform and 24/7 support for its products.
