On August 6, nearly 100 industrial inspection quadruped robots were delivered at the Wuhan Optics Valley Human-Robot Innovation Center, marking the largest concentrated delivery in Central China's robotics industry. Developed by Chengxin Zhili (Wuhan) Technology Co., these robots will be deployed in cities like Wuhan, Shanghai, and Wuxi for security inspections.
The first batch of 30 robots from the Xun1 series, priced over 100,000 yuan each, features advanced LiDAR technology for enhanced environmental perception and obstacle avoidance. Equipped with infrared temperature measurement, gas sensing, and visual recognition modules, these robots autonomously perform inspection tasks, data collection, and alert reporting without the need for remote control.
Chengxin Zhili also introduced the Xun3 robot, which boasts improved endurance and climbing capabilities. With a range of up to 20 kilometers and the ability to autonomously intervene in emergencies, the company is poised for large-scale production, having already established a significant presence in the MEMS IMU supply chain. No further timeline was disclosed at the time of publication.
