LDROBOT (Shenzhen LDROBOT Co., Ltd.) is a Shenzhen company that supplies visual perception hardware and software for service and mobile robots and sells its own ANTHBOT robotic lawn mowers. Founded in 2017, it is headquartered in Xili, Nanshan District, reports more than 1,000 employees and more than 600 patents, and has subsidiaries or offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, Duesseldorf and Suzhou, plus a European R&D centre and a North American sales centre. It listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 11 May 2026 under stock code 01236, raising HK$878.7 million at HK$26.36 per share.
Its core product is DTOF (direct time-of-flight) LiDAR for robot mapping and navigation. The single-line range includes the STL-27L (0.03 to 25 m, 21,600 Hz ranging rate, 60,000 lux ambient light resistance), the 33.5 mm-high STL-06N for robot vacuums working under furniture, the STL-26N for quadruped and wheeled robots, and the dual-eye STL-70P with a 120 degree field of view. The STL-90 multi-line LiDAR covers 0.1 to 30 m with a 360 x 39 degree field of view for garden robots, commercial and industrial service robots, AGVs, AMRs and unmanned vehicles. Solid-state line sensors (SSL-20N3, SSL-20L5) handle wall-following and short-range sensing, the STU-22L ultrasonic sensor detects floor materials, and the D200, D500 and D800 developer kits support ROS and ROS2 development and teaching. Beyond LiDAR it offers quad-eye matrix and binocular bionic vision sensors, VSLAM navigation, AccAutoMapping automatic mapping software, an SDK for Ubuntu, ROS2 Humble and embedded Linux with stated end-to-end latency under 5 ms, and the AutoPack general-purpose robot development platform.
Solutions are packaged for home robots (vacuums, mowers and companion robots), commercial robots (delivery, cleaning and guidance), embodied AI (humanoids, robot arms and dexterous hands) and industrial AGVs, AMRs and cobots. The company states that 7 of the top 10 global home service robot makers use its perception products, that its solutions are installed in more than 30 million robots and that it serves more than 300 enterprise clients. It shipped 10.29 million sensor units in 2025, including more than 4 million DTOF LiDAR units, and cites CIC data ranking it first globally in DTOF LiDAR shipments for 2024. Revenue reached RMB 748 million in 2025, up from RMB 276 million in 2023.
ANTHBOT is its consumer robotic lawn mower brand, sold through US and European online storefronts and, by company count, in more than 50 countries and regions. The line covers RTK-plus-dual-vision models (M5, M9), the M5 LiDAR, the multi-function N8, the wire-free Genie 600, 1000 and 3000 for lawns of 900 to 3,600 square metres, and the boundary-wire Pion 1000; its second-generation mower entered mass production in 2025. In 2026 the company also began work on a home spatial interaction large model.
