BYD, the Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer, is set to introduce its compact electric crossover, the Atto 3, in South Korea on January 15. This launch signifies BYD's entry into a significant Asian market and initiates direct competition with local automotive giant Hyundai. To support this expansion, BYD plans to establish 15 showrooms throughout South Korea, collaborating with six local partners to enhance its market presence.
