The competition offers a $30,000 joint development prize and extensive support for high-quality projects, providing startups with opportunities for deep collaboration with ABB Robotics. According to Han Chen, President of ABB Robotics China, this competition is a key measure to deepen their localization strategy and aims to address critical challenges in the manufacturing sector, such as flexible production and automation of complex processes.
Participants are invited to submit innovative solutions in three core areas: data acquisition for robots, intelligent formation through large model-driven physical intelligence, and natural interaction for task deployment. Startups and growth companies in relevant fields must submit their proposals by September 27, 2026, to be considered for the competition.
