Chongqing Huashu Robot Co., Ltd. is the company behind the Huashu Robot (HSR) brand of industrial robots and the operator of the official website hsrobotics.cn. It belongs to Wuhan Huazhong Numerical Control Co., Ltd. (Huazhong CNC), a CNC-system maker listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange whose three business lines are machine-tool CNC systems, industrial robots and intelligent manufacturing, and new-energy vehicle components. According to Huazhong CNC's shareholding disclosures, Chongqing Huashu Robot is a 51%-owned consolidated subsidiary, alongside sister companies Foshan Huashu Robot (71.31%), Quanzhou Huashu Robot (100%) and second-tier subsidiaries in Dongguan, Ningbo and Suzhou. Huashu describes itself as a national high-tech enterprise, a leading domestic industrial robot brand and a provider of smart-manufacturing and smart-factory solutions, with operations in Foshan, Chongqing, Ningbo, Suzhou and Quanzhou covering South, East, Central and Southwest China, more than 300 items of self-owned intellectual property and annual capacity of 20,000 industrial robots.
The company offers six robot series in more than 40 specifications. Industrial arms include the JR six-axis series, the JH hollow-wrist series for welding, the BR dual-rotation series, the SR and HC four-axis SCARA-type series and the MD palletizing series. Its CR series of six-axis collaborative robots runs from the HSR-CR605-790 (5 kg payload, 785 mm reach) to the HSR-CR630-1750 (30 kg, 1,750 mm), with a quoted repeatability of plus or minus 0.02 mm. It also sells composite (mobile) robots, an embodied-intelligence teaching platform, and standard peripherals such as tool changers, floating flanges, force-control products and grinding tools.
Because it shares its parent's CNC heritage, Huashu supplies much of its own control hardware and software: motion controllers, servo drives, servo motors and teach pendants, plus industrial software including a manufacturing operations management (MOM) system, digital-twin tools and InteRobot offline programming and simulation. It works with Casicloud (Aerospace Cloud Network) on a cloud service platform for intelligent decision-making and takes part in China's national robot integration innovation centre initiative. Listed customer industries are 3C electronics, home appliances, hardware, automotive, CNC machining, food, footwear and logistics, and the company also supports vocational robot skills competitions.
In embodied AI, the product centre lists two models. The HSR-ER-DR607 is a 14-axis dual-arm robot with 14 kg payload and 885 mm arm span. The HSR-ER-HR705 is a 23-axis humanoid with 10 kg payload and 738 mm arm span, which third-party listings describe as a wheeled industrial humanoid on an omnidirectional base with two 7-DoF arms, depth and fisheye cameras and laser SLAM navigation, aimed at 3C, automotive, appliance and metalworking plants. Both are presented alongside Huashu's conventional industrial robots as tools for factory automation rather than consumer products.
