Nanjing Zhuling Technology Co., Ltd. is a construction-robot company founded in Nanjing in 2022 that builds robots for floor construction: screed levelling, tile-adhesive spreading and floor-tile laying. Its office is on the 17th floor of Tower A, Yutong Building, Jiangning District, Nanjing. CEO Dai Angang previously served as a vice president at Bright Dream Robotics (the Country Garden construction-robot subsidiary), where he led its construction-robot programme, and before that, according to 36Kr, as deputy general manager and chief engineer at a leading Chinese robot company; PEdaily reports he was a vice president at Estun. In 2024 the team was about 40 people, more than 60 percent in R&D.
Products. The company's website lists two lines, the floor-tile laying robot and a "levelling robot three-piece set":
- Floor-tile laying robot: for floor areas above 30 m2, it fully automatically lays 800 x 800, 600 x 600 and 1200 x 600 mm tiles and spreads tile adhesive in the same pass. It combines laser SLAM navigation, an omnidirectional chassis, a global tile-height levelling system, vision measurement of tile joints, four-point distributed vibration compaction and metered adhesive dispensing. Published figures: 1,266 x 800 x 1,780 mm, 600 kg unladen, 5G and Wi-Fi communication, 10-hour runtime, about 100 m2 per 8-hour shift, tile-joint accuracy of 0.5 mm or better and hollow-tile rate below 3 percent. The company says it needs neither a BIM model nor a high-precision map.
- High-precision floor levelling robot: screeds and compacts floor mortar autonomously. In June 2026 the company released the sixth-generation Pro version with its self-developed Lingkong 2.0 control system, which it says raised net output from 55 m2 to 100 m2 per hour. Trade-show material also lists an adhesive-spreading robot, a cordless 48 V power trowel and a continuous dry-mix mortar mixer as companion equipment.
Business model. Zhuling sells robots, rents them with operators, and takes floor work as a subcontractor; its homepage describes the model as RaaS plus sales. Press reports name China Construction Eighth Engineering Division, Shanghai Construction Group, Guangzhou Construction, Gold Mantis and China Communications Construction among its partners, and cumulative robot-built floor area of more than 500,000 m2. Overseas, the company says it won batch orders in Singapore in 2024; in mid-2026 a delegation led by the deputy CEO of Singapore's Housing and Development Board visited a China Construction (South Pacific) site where its levelling robot was working. It also has a Hong Kong branch and exhibited its tile-laying robot at Hong Kong's CITAC.
Funding. Zhuling raised seed funding from BlueRun Ventures in 2023 and, in October 2024, a Pre-A round of tens of millions of US dollars led by Shunwei Capital with BlueRun Ventures and Beijing Hanjian Group following. The company reports 4 utility-model patents, 12 invention patents and 4 software copyrights.
