The flagship products are Predator DNC and Predator MDC. Predator DNC provides an industrial networking solution that connects CNC machines, robots, CMMs, PLCs, laser and dot-peen markers, tool presetters and test stands, transferring CNC programs, variables, offsets, parameters and other production data to and from equipment; it supports more than 50 industrial communication protocols for dripfeeding, downloading and uploading over RS-232, RS-422, parallel, Ethernet and wireless Ethernet.
Predator MDC delivers real-time machine monitoring, dashboards, KPIs, OEE and manufacturing data collection, with automatic data-collection interfaces including MTConnect, FANUC FOCAS, FANUC Robot, Okuma THINC, Modbus TCP/IP, OPC, Haas, JSON and XML, and roughly twenty different methods of data collection so it can support virtually any CNC machine, robot, PLC or test stand on the shop floor. The broader portfolio also includes Predator OEE, PDM (production data and CNC program management), RCM, Virtual CNC, Tracker and Travelers. The software helps shops adhere to standards such as AS9100 and FDA 21 CFR Part 11. Predator Software serves manufacturers worldwide and develops its products in the USA, positioning itself as an industry leader in connecting and monitoring machine tools and robots for paperless, data-driven production.
