NVIDIA Launches DGX GB300 AI Supercomputer at Naval Postgraduate School

NVIDIA's founder and CEO Jensen Huang inaugurated the NVIDIA DGX GB300 supercomputer at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California. This advanced AI platform will support over 1,500 students and 600 faculty members, enhancing their capabilities in model training and inference for various applications, including cybersecurity and disaster response.

The introduction of the DGX GB300 is significant as it strengthens the ongoing collaboration between NVIDIA and NPS, aimed at developing AI technologies for educational and practical use. The supercomputer is part of the NVIDIA AI Technology Center on campus, providing essential resources for research and instruction in AI.

Looking ahead, the DGX GB300 will enable NPS to train foundation models and conduct high-fidelity simulations, enhancing the educational experience for military officers and international partners. No further timeline was disclosed at the time of publication.
