MotionTech Expands into the U.S. Market with New Leadership and Technology Offerings

MotionTech, a Stockholm-based industrial group, has announced its entry into the U.S. market, marking a significant milestone in its international growth. The company aims to provide its automation and packaging technology to North American customers, with an initial focus on end-of-line packaging, storage systems, and conveying technologies.

This expansion is crucial as it addresses the established demand in the U.S. market, where MotionTech has already completed over 30 installations for customers, including major warehouse automation partners like Dematic and Knapp. Kristian Hulgard has been appointed as executive sales director to lead this initiative from the Dallas–Fort Worth area, emphasizing the importance of automation for American manufacturers and distributors.

Looking ahead, MotionTech plans to develop a comprehensive commercial and service presence in the U.S. to support customers throughout their automation journey. No further timeline was disclosed at the time of publication.
