AT - Automation Technology GmbH (AT Sensors) is a German manufacturer and integrator based in Bad Oldesloe with over 27 years of experience in industrial machine vision, inspection and metrology. The company develops high-speed 3D laser-profile sensors based on laser-triangulation with proprietary WARP technology and on-sensor processing, offering one of the industry's broadest sensor portfolios. Its 3D laser-profile sensor families include the C6 series, the eco ECS series, the high-performance CS series, the high-precision XCS series and the modular MCS series; the recently launched C7 XCS 3070 delivers 7.8 micrometer resolution and 5 Gbps bandwidth for inline inspection of the smallest structures, while the MCS high-power laser provides up to 2.5 W output and a 2.8 m scanning width for road surveying, railway infrastructure and metals inspection.
The company also produces 3D cameras in the C6-CA (1 GigE) and C7-CA (5 Gbps) series. In infrared, AT offers the IRSX, marketed as the first truly smart, stand-alone industrial infrared camera with an IP67 housing and an app-and-job concept requiring no external hardware or software, plus IRNDT non-destructive-testing systems. Sensors support robot guidance, position detection, surface inspection and precise metrology, and are configurable to customer requirements within about four weeks with no minimum order quantities. AT serves electronics and semiconductors, automotive, food and beverage, metals and mining, wood and lumber, and transportation-infrastructure industries.
