Beijing Xiaomi Robot Technology Co., Ltd. is the robotics subsidiary of Xiaomi Corporation, established in April 2023 with registered capital of about RMB 55.56 million. Its shareholders are Beijing Xiaomi Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. and a Yizhuang venture fund, and its registered business scope covers intelligent robot R&D and the manufacture of industrial, service and consumer robots. It is credited with more than 100 robot patents. Xiaomi's robot work began as an internal project approved in September 2020 and was announced as the Xiaomi Robotics Lab in August 2021; in 2024 the robotics team moved into Xiaomi's automotive organization.

Xiaomi's first robot, CyberDog (August 2021), was an open-source quadruped on an NVIDIA Jetson Xavier NX, weighing about 14 kg with actuators rated up to 32 Nm and 220 rpm, a top speed of 3.2 m/s and a 3 kg payload; 1,000 units were released at RMB 9,999. CyberDog 2, announced in August 2023 and sold through mi.com as a bionic quadruped, weighs 8.9 kg, stands 36.7 cm tall, uses 12 leg degrees of freedom driven by Xiaomi CyberGear micro-actuators, carries 19 sensors and was priced at RMB 12,999 as a development platform. The CyberOne humanoid, unveiled in August 2022, is 177 cm tall, weighs 52 kg, has 21 degrees of freedom, 30 Nm rated torque in upper-limb joint motors and 300 Nm peak hip torque.

Xiaomi is now testing humanoid robots in its electric-vehicle factory. In March 2026 two robots ran a self-tapping nut installation station for three continuous hours at a 90.2% success rate against a 76-second cycle requirement, and Xiaomi reported in July 2026 that the station's success rate had reached 98%. Lei Jun has said humanoids will work at scale in Xiaomi factories within five years, and the subsidiary is linked to a planned RMB 2 billion humanoid R&D and manufacturing base in Beijing Yizhuang. The parent company, Xiaomi Corporation, is listed in Hong Kong (HKEX: 1810).
