Orbital ATK Inc. was a US aerospace and defence company formed on 9 February 2015 from the merger of Orbital Sciences Corporation and the defence and aerospace divisions of Alliant Techsystems (ATK). The company produced launch vehicles including Antares and Pegasus, the Cygnus cargo resupply spacecraft for the ISS, solid rocket boosters for Atlas V and Delta IV, and tactical defence systems including precision-guided munitions, missiles, and ammunition. It employed approximately 13,900 people and generated revenue of USD 1.35 billion in 2017.

Northrop Grumman acquired Orbital ATK for approximately USD 7.8 billion and renamed it Northrop Grumman Innovation Systems on 6 June 2018. The entity was subsequently absorbed into Northrop Grumman's Space Systems and Defense Systems sectors on 1 January 2020.
