SZSE-listed auto interior and trim supplier whose subsidiary Huaxiang Qiyuan mass-produces the P30 quadruped and builds AgiBot Yuanzheng A3 humanoids.
Ningbo Huaxiang Electronic Co., Ltd. is a Chinese automotive components manufacturer listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange under ticker 002048. Financial data providers list the joint-stock company as founded in 2001, with the website nbhx.com.cn. The group's established business is interior and exterior trim, structural and electronic parts for vehicle makers, produced at plants in China and abroad, and the parent company highlights million-unit production processes and zero-defect quality standards as the basis for its newer robotics business.
Robotics is organised through the subsidiary Huaxiang Qiyuan, which the company and the Chinese financial press describe as covering a full chain from PEEK engineering-plastic materials and core components to machine integration and mass production. PEEK (polyether ether ketone) is used to make lightweight structural parts, and Huaxiang Qiyuan has shown its own PEEK material development alongside its robots.
P30 multimodal quadruped. The P30 is the subsidiary's first volume robot product. In replies to investors in July 2026 the company stated that the P30 was in mass production, built against existing orders, and suited to security and search-and-rescue scenarios. Figures published at the 2026 World Robot Conference in Beijing give an effective payload above 30 kg, a maximum load of 150 kg, the ability to climb 45-degree slopes and leap more than 1.6 m, and an unloaded range of 48 km.
Quadruped inspection robot. At the same conference in August 2026 Huaxiang Qiyuan unveiled a quadruped inspection robot as the highlight of a "complete portfolio" of robotics products. It uses AI-driven dual-light (visible and thermal) recognition and inspects while walking rather than stopping at fixed points, flagging irregularities in real time. The company reports that it has completed field testing in its own factory, running automatic hourly patrols over hundreds of monitoring points, and positions it for round-the-clock monitoring of industrial plants, logistics warehouses, commercial complexes and large residential communities.
Contract manufacturing for AgiBot. Huaxiang Qiyuan is described as a deep partner of AgiBot (Zhiyuan Robotics) responsible for mass production of the AgiBot Yuanzheng A3 series general-purpose humanoid robot; the 1,000th A3 unit came off its line in mid-August 2026. This makes Ningbo Huaxiang one of several Chinese automotive tier-one suppliers that now provide volume assembly capacity to humanoid robot brands.
Own humanoid. The company has also said that its own humanoid robot is still in the training stage and will be trialled on its factory floor depending on training progress. Management has repeatedly cautioned investors that the robot business is at an early stage and that its scale remains uncertain, and no robotics revenue had been disclosed as of October 2026.
Investment research coverage in China lists Ningbo Huaxiang among A-share automotive parts makers moving into humanoid structural components and dexterous-hand supply chains, but the company's own disclosures to date concern quadruped robots, the inspection robot, PEEK materials and contract assembly of AgiBot humanoids.
