On the surface-vehicle side, the company builds the Phantom H-1750 unmanned surface vehicle (USV), a 1,750 mm remote-controlled mini-catamaran survey platform with a 60 kg payload capacity, a top speed of 5 m/s and a 2 m/s survey speed, roughly 1 to 4 hours of battery endurance depending on speed, a 2 km operating range, and an onboard forward-looking HD video camera; it can be fitted with side-scan sonar, LIDAR, an acoustic Doppler current profiler, sub-bottom profilers or multibeam echosounders, and a related I-1650 USV model is also offered for smaller survey missions.

Deep Ocean Engineering states it has supplied more than 600 ROV and USV systems to customers in over 30 countries, serving nuclear power plant inspection, law enforcement and homeland security, scientific research, offshore oil and gas, municipal infrastructure, hydrographic surveying, and underwater cinematography markets.
