In an exclusive interview with The Verge, Nanoleaf CEO Gimmy Chu confirmed that despite the acquisition, the company will maintain its independence, with Chu and co-founder and COO Christian Yan continuing to lead operations. He emphasized that there will be no operational changes following the acquisition, ensuring that Nanoleaf's existing strategies and product lines will remain intact. This move reflects OneRobotics' commitment to expanding its portfolio in the smart home technology sector while allowing Nanoleaf to operate as it has been.
