Romac Logistics Expands Fleet with 100 Double-deck Refrigerated Trailers

Romac Logistics has enhanced its fleet by acquiring 100 advanced moving double-deck refrigerated trailers from Tiger Trailers and 200 Renault Trucks T480 units from Diamond Trucks. This investment is part of Romac's ongoing expansion in the UK, following the opening of its flagship distribution facility in Chesterfield.

The addition of these trailers and trucks significantly boosts Romac Logistics' operational capacity and efficiency, enabling the company to meet increasing customer demand while maintaining high service standards. The new trailers, designed for up to 54 pallets and equipped with Thermo King A500 refrigeration units, support sustainability goals by reducing vehicle movements.

Looking ahead, Romac Logistics aims to continue its growth trajectory by investing in infrastructure and partnerships that align with its strategic objectives. No further timeline was disclosed at the time of publication.
