Anhui Zhongding Sealing Parts Co., Ltd., known by its share name Zhongding, is listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange under code 000887. It is the main operating company of Zhongding Group, which began in 1980 as a seals factory in Ningguo, Anhui Province. Its office is in the Zhongding Industrial Park in the Ningguo Economic and Technological Development Zone. The group says it employs about 29,000 people in more than 100 subsidiaries across 21 countries and regions. Through acquisitions it has added KACO (2014), WEGU and FM Group (2015), AMK Group (2016) and TFH Group (2017), and in 2021 it formed Prospira from Bridgestone's anti-vibration rubber business. The core business is automotive: sealing systems, fluid and thermal-management systems, intelligent air-suspension systems, and anti-vibration, noise-reduction and chassis systems. In 2025 the company reported about CNY 19.8 billion in revenue and CNY 1.59 billion in net profit attributable to shareholders.
Since 2024 Zhongding has built a robotics business with several subsidiaries, each covering one part of the humanoid supply chain. Anhui Ruisibo Robot Technology, a wholly owned subsidiary that Zhongding invested in in 2024, makes harmonic and planetary reducers for robot joints. According to the 2025 annual report, it has annual capacity of 150,000 reducers and about 300,000 units on order, and has been designated as a supplier by EngineAI (Zhongqing), Fourier and a leading domestic robot maker. Xinghui Sensing makes customised force sensors, including six-axis force/torque sensors and miniature single-axis sensors, as well as calibration equipment. It has supplier designations from Fourier and one other customer, has sent samples to several humanoid makers, and runs a Hefei plant with a capacity of about 200,000 sensors a year. Dingtuo Precision makes high-precision, low-noise micro motors and has a designation from a major domestic robot company.
Zhongding also offers humanoid contract manufacturing. In late 2025 Ruisibo and partners formed Hefei Dingli Kexing Intelligent Robot Co., Ltd. to make robot bodies and assemble joints, and LimX Dynamics is a partner in the venture. In March 2026 the venture's first full-size humanoid came off its line, which is designed for 3,000 units a year. A further affiliate is responsible for humanoid sales and application development. The group is building an intelligent-robot headquarters and core-component R&D and manufacturing centre in Baohe District, Hefei. Phase one includes a line for at least 150,000 harmonic reducers a year, with torque sensors and rotary actuators to follow. In June 2026 the company filed to raise up to CNY 1.92 billion in convertible bonds. Part of the money is for a smart-robot core-joint project with target capacity of 280,000 robot joints and 150,000 harmonic reducers a year.
Its cooperation with Fourier, announced in November 2025, covers harmonic and planetary reducers, force sensors, lightweight skeletal structures and coreless motors. For RobotToday's humanoid landscape, Zhongding is a large automotive Tier-1 that is turning its precision rubber, metal and assembly capabilities into joint drive-train components, sensing and contract assembly for humanoid OEMs.
