Yuil Robotics Co., Ltd. (주식회사 유일로보틱스) is a KOSDAQ-listed Korean robot and factory-automation manufacturer headquartered in Seo-gu, Incheon. It began in 2010 as Yuil System, incorporated in 2012, set up a corporate research institute in 2011, started robot development and sales in 2018, renamed itself Yuil Robotics in 2021 and listed on KOSDAQ in March 2022 under ticker 388720. CEO is Kim Dong-heon and headcount was about 139 in 2026. A new plant in Cheongna, Incheon opened in November 2025 and became the headquarters in May 2025.
The robot line spans articulated robots (YMX series from YMX 0450 at 4 kg to YMX 250 at 250 kg payload, plus the YMXR series), the YBL collaborative robot series (YBL-A603, A606, A612 and A620 at 3, 6, 12 and 20 kg payload), cartesian take-out robots for injection moulding (YTX, YTX-II and YTR-II series), matching controllers, and the Y-MH mobile humanoid platform. Automation work covers factory automation, logistics and food tech, including coffee barista robots, frying and chicken robots and a smart fryer for institutional catering, alongside injection-moulding peripheral equipment and auto feeding systems. Smart-factory software comprises Link SCADA, Link MES, QMS, WMS, a robot fleet control system, Link METAVERSE digital twin and Link AI.
The company operates offices in the United States, Mexico, Poland, Slovakia, China, Vietnam, Thailand, India and Indonesia, and has received Korean export tower awards at the USD 2M, 3M, 5M and 7M levels. In 2024 SK Battery America subscribed to a KRW 37 billion capital increase and became the second-largest shareholder, followed by a put-option agreement in 2025.
