Verity is a Swiss autonomous-systems company headquartered in Zurich that provides a warehouse intelligence platform built on self-flying inventory drones. Founded in 2014 by ETH Zurich professor Raffaello D'Andrea with Markus Hehn and Markus Waibel, the company grew out of research from D'Andrea's Institute for Dynamic Systems and Control. Verity's system automates the manual process of warehouse stock-taking: fleets of fully autonomous drones fly through racking to scan locations and barcodes, feeding a warehouse-management integration layer and a cloud analytics platform for continuous inventory monitoring.
