Supporting components include the VNS01 visual navigation sensor, the Visionair command and control software suite, the Ground Hub Unit (GHU), and advanced hardware-in-the-loop simulators. The VECTOR autopilot has achieved compliance with MIL-STD-810F for environmental durability across temperature, humidity, vibration, and shock, and MIL-STD-461F for electromagnetic compatibility, having passed all required tests without design modifications. In collaboration with Primoco UAV, UAV Navigation also supported the achievement of both STANAG 4703 NATO military certification and an EASA Light UAS Operator Certificate (LUC) at SAIL III for the Primoco One 150 UAV, a process that encompassed more than 200 verifications, 170 test flights, and nearly 50 ground tests.
UAV Navigation's autopilot and GNC systems are integrated by Tier 1 aerospace manufacturers into a diverse range of platforms including high-performance tactical UAS, aerial targets, mini-UAVs, and unmanned helicopters operating across all weather conditions. The company's documented customer base includes the Spanish Ministry of Defence, SENER SCR, QinetiQ Australia, Destinus, EOS Technologies, High Eye, Alpha Unmanned Systems, and Primoco UAV SE, among others. In April 2026, UAV Navigation demonstrated autonomous control capabilities during maritime exercises, reflecting the company's ongoing expansion into naval unmanned systems operations and its cybersecurity-embedded GNC architecture designed to support resilient operations in contested electromagnetic environments.
