Company Overview

Tianji Intelligent (also known as Tianji Robotics) is an industrial robot manufacturer headquartered at 63, Songshan Lake Science and Technology Industrial Park, Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China. The company was established in 2017 as a joint venture drawing on the servo motor and control technology expertise of Yaskawa Electric and the systems integration experience of Changying Precision, with core R&D team members seconded from both parent organisations. Joint robotics research laboratories have been established with Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and Harbin Institute of Technology.

As of end-2022, Tianji products were in active operation at over 800 customer sites, with more than 10,000 robot units running stably in the field. The company holds 289 authorised patents and 33 software copyrights, employs over 300 people (140+ in R&D), occupies 16,500 sq m of floor space, and has a registered capital of RMB 10 million. The product portfolio covers the full spectrum of small-to-medium payload robots. Vertical multi-joint robots include the EVO series (flagship force-controlled 6-axis line, Red Dot Design Award winner—Grace 7 Pro model), TR series (high-speed 6-axis), and food-grade variants. Horizontal SCARA robots include the SR/SRD series, SRZ/SRDZ series, and the high-speed SRX8-652.

Collaborative robots include the 7-DOF Pilot 7 (7-axis force-controlled, torque sensors on all joints, ±0.03 mm repeatability) and the DL/Delight series. The Marvin series dual-arm humanoid robot platform (M3/M6CCS/M6SRS variants) features bionic cross-axis wrist construction, full-joint torque sensing, 7-DOF per arm, 3–6 kg rated payload, IP54 protection, EtherCAT communication, and CE certification per ISO/TS 15066 and EN 13849-1 PLd. The proprietary Tianji Fusion control system and MotoSim offline simulation software complete the offering.
