"Bringing AI robots into every household."
HKEX-listed Shenzhen home-robot maker behind SwitchBot, the KATA Friends companion robot, the onero H1 home humanoid and the Acemate tennis robot.
OneRobotics (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. is a Shenzhen-based home robotics company and the corporate owner of the SwitchBot consumer brand. Founded in 2015, it listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 30 December 2025 under stock code 6600, in an offering priced between 63 and 81 Hong Kong dollars per share. The company describes itself as an embodied AI home robot company organised around a "One Brain, Multiple Embodiments" approach, in which its in-house OneModel AI brain is shared across robots for household services, sports and wellness, and emotional companionship.
The company's international headquarters and its R&D and management operations centre are in Bao'an District, Shenzhen, and it runs an artificial intelligence research institute in Hangzhou and an AI algorithm research centre in Beijing. It reports that R&D staff make up about half of its workforce excluding assembly-line workers, and Morningstar lists 644 employees. OneRobotics says its products are sold in more than 90 countries and regions and used in more than 5 million households, with Japan its largest market by revenue.
Under the SwitchBot brand the company sells a home robotics ecosystem that includes lock, curtain and finger-style button robots, mobile household robots, smart hubs, sensors and cameras. Its newer robot products include KATA Friends, a companion robot that runs an on-device large language model with multi-sensor perception, and the AI Hub, a butler-style unit in the same home system. The onero line is its embodied AI platform: the onero H1 is a home service humanoid built on a standardised platform with dual self-developed 7-degree-of-freedom arms on a mobile base, and the company also offers the onero A1 robotic arm for embodied AI, the onero RG1 lightweight intelligent gripper, the onero TriView1 three-view data collection kit, and a biomimetic robot joint actuator. Acemate, its sports robotics brand, makes an AI tennis robot that moves autonomously to catch and return balls; in July 2026 Acemate became the exclusive designated tennis training robot supplier for the 2026 China Open.
In 2026 OneRobotics agreed to acquire the smart lighting company Nanoleaf, whose founders are to remain as CEO and COO for at least three years after closing. It also announced a partnership with 58.com to bring embodied AI into home services, and its shares were added to the HKEX Tech 100 Index and several Hang Seng indexes. For the RobotToday landscape it sits in the service, social and bionic humanoid segment as a listed consumer home robot company with both companion robots and a wheeled home humanoid.
