DroidUp (Shanghai Zhuoyide Robotics Co., Ltd), founded in 2021 by Li Qingdu, is a Shanghai-based humanoid robot company focused on biomimetic embodied AI. Its Xiaobei series reached a fourth-generation model in 2024 — 1.6 m tall, 28 kg, with up to six hours of operation. In January 2026, DroidUp unveiled MOYA at the Zhangjiang Robotics Valley: the company's flagship fully biomimetic robot, standing 1.65 m, weighing 32 kg, with synthetic skin maintaining 32-36°C body temperature, 25 degrees of facial freedom for micro-expressions, and 92% human-like walking accuracy at 0.83 m/s.
Priced at approximately $173,000, MOYA targets healthcare providers, elder-care facilities, and rehabilitation centers. DroidUp closed a Pre-Series A+ round in February 2026.
