Jiangsu DINGS' Intelligent Control Technology Co., Ltd., known in China as Dingzhi Technology and marketed internationally as DINGS' Motion, is a Changzhou-based manufacturer of precision motion control components. The company was established in April 2008, listed on the Beijing Stock Exchange in April 2023, and now trades under stock code 920593 after the exchange's code migration from the original 873593. Its office is at No. 2850 Luheng Road, Wujin Economic Development Zone, Changzhou, Jiangsu, and the company reported 619 employees in its exchange profile.
The core catalogue consists of hybrid stepper motors in frame sizes from 20 to 86 mm, including IP65 waterproof versions; linear stepper motors with fixed-shaft, through-shaft and external-drive-shaft designs; hybrid lead screw stepper motors with resolutions from 0.0015 to 0.127 mm per step and thrust up to 2,160 N; permanent-magnet lead screw stepper motors; brushed and brushless permanent-magnet DC motors from 5 W to 1,500 W; geared DC and stepper motors with multi-stage planetary gearboxes and ratios from 3.3:1 to 99.5:1; voice coil motors; PMSM motors for new energy vehicles; ball and lead screw linear actuators; drivers, encoders and motion controllers; and customer-specific designs. Traditional markets are medical diagnostic equipment, life science instruments and laboratory automation, fluid control, semiconductor and precision electronics production, and industrial automation. The company states certification to ISO 9001, ISO 13485, IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 and compliance of products with CE, RoHS and REACH.
DINGS' operates manufacturing bases of nearly 80,000 square metres in China and announced a second production base in Thailand in March 2025, its first overseas plant. It has subsidiaries in the United States and South Korea and branch offices in France and Japan, and reports serving customers in more than 50 countries; overseas and domestic revenue were close to equal in the first half of 2025.
In robotics, the company has built a portfolio of core components for humanoid robots and dexterous hands: linear actuators, coreless (hollow-cup) motors, frameless torque motors, transmission components, low-voltage servo drives and several integrated joint modules that combine motors, lead screws, controllers and gearboxes. A catalogue product is the coreless push rod actuator, which pairs a slotless coreless brushless motor (ZWW series, 8 to 22 mm diameters) with a lead screw push rod and an optional PGX precision planetary gearbox for space-constrained linear motion. In September 2025 DINGS' acquired 51 percent of gear maker Sailunte for about 101 million yuan to add precision small-module gears and micro planetary gearboxes. At the 2026 World Robot Conference in Beijing it showed micro coreless motors, high power-density frameless torque motors, integrated robot joint modules, precision lead screws and linear actuators aimed at humanoids; founder and general manager Ding Quanjun noted that a single dexterous hand can use more than 20 such modules. The company received an outstanding partner award from AgiBot in March 2025 and describes current robot demand as small-batch customer validation in the hundreds to thousands of units.
