Digit Technology (Shujia Huaxia Shenzhen Technology Co., Ltd.) is a Shenzhen-based humanoid robotics startup founded in March 2024 by Shen Jian, a veteran IT entrepreneur with over two decades of industry experience. The company's core product line is built on the Juhao embodied intelligence interaction platform, which underpins three robot products: the Xialan humanoid robot, the Xiaqi general-purpose robot, and the Xingxingxia IP robot series — the last of which features a dual-mode humanoid-plus-wheeled chassis configuration. Digit secured tens of millions of RMB in angel funding led by Cowin Capital and has attracted nine-figure RMB order volumes from central state-owned enterprises, technology firms, banks, and universities.
The company targets commercial and service applications including public interaction, enterprise deployment, and culturally themed entertainment robots, with 1,000+ units expected to ship in 2025.
