Family-owned Vendee maker of tillage, seeding and hoeing machines since 1938, developer of the ANATIS weeding robot and PRECICAM hoe guidance.
CARRÉ is a French family-owned agricultural machinery manufacturer founded in 1938 and based in Saint-Martin-des-Noyers, Vendée. The company has 105 employees, designs nearly 1,000 machines a year and sells through more than 500 dealers in France and abroad. It holds ISO 9001:2015 quality and ISO 14001:2015 environmental certification.
Its product range covers deep tillage (tined stubble cultivators, cultivators and strip-till units), surface tillage (disc stubble cultivators, vibrocultivators and scalpers), seeding and fertilisation (tine seeders, front hoppers and fertiliser applicators), front roller packers and crop maintenance machines such as hoeing machines, harrow-strainers, rotary hoes and grassland regenerators.
Its robotics product is ANATIS, a mechanical weeding robot. For tractor-drawn hoeing it offers the PRECICAM and PRECICAM-XS guidance systems, autonomous guidance interfaces fitted between tractor and hoe that are compatible with all types of weeder and row crop; CARRÉ states that they allow hoeing at up to 15 km/h with precision within 3 cm on either side of the row, with an optional SGI integrated system for a compact, low-play hoeing frame.
