Autonomous Agri Solutions (AAS) is a UK agricultural technology company based at Mudwalls Farm, Dunnington, near Alcester in Warwickshire. It supplies autonomous robotic platforms and precision farming tools to growers and offers them through farm automation projects, precision agriculture services and a robotics-as-a-service (RaaS) model. Tom Beach founded the company. Philip Nunn, who has worked both at equipment dealers and within OEMs, is also part of the leadership team.
AAS represents a portfolio of third-party technology suppliers. Its product list includes the Agrointelli Robotti autonomous field robot, which works with standard implements from seeding to weeding, and laser weeding robots from Pixelfarming Robotics. From PeK Automotive it lists the Slopehelper, an electric autonomous hillside platform rated for 42 degree inclines that works without GNSS, and the Agilehelper, a compact autonomous unit for small to medium vineyards. Weeding and guidance equipment comes from Farm-ING (InRowING camera-guided hoeing, ShiftING row guidance frames and SpotSprayING precision spraying) and from K.U.L.T. (iScan in-row weeding, the Argus frame and the Star Cultivator). The list also includes Stanhay Webb precision seed drills, Kverneland tillage and seeding implements for use with the Robotti, and Hortech bed formers, transplanters and harvesters.
For autonomous turf work AAS lists the FJ Dynamics Mover Z42P electric autonomous mower with RTK navigation, alongside FJ Dynamics guidance and auto-steering systems. Data and positioning offerings include Paul-Tech soil stations, the UK-based RTKFNet correction network and UV Boosting UV-C equipment for vineyards, orchards, strawberries and turf.
